About The Gunger Games

Your own messy gameshow.

The Gunger Games is a consent-first two-player challenge experience inspired by classic messy gameshows and the playful sploshing tradition behind them. Every episode is designed to feel competitive, dramatic and memorable — without hidden rules or unwanted surprises.

Mess is part of the fun, but the real appeal is the structure around it: rivalry, suspense, payoffs, and the freedom to do something gloriously silly on purpose.

Inspiration & origins

Mess, stakes, and narrative - fused into a game-show format.

The Gunger Games takes its inspiration from the legendary Splosh! magazine, which celebrated the humour, creativity and playful chaos of messy fun. The question that started everything was simple: what would Splosh look like as a collection of game shows?

The answer came from thinking carefully about what makes WAM content genuinely compelling - not just the mess itself, but the drama, the stakes, and the emotional journey around it. The most interesting sploshing content comes from real reactions within a structured experience, not scripted performances. That's why contestants choose their own games, face real consequences, and compete for real prize money.

We're also inspired by the way BDSM transforms uncomfortable emotions into enjoyable experiences - the suspense of not knowing what's coming, the playful tension of embarrassment in a controlled setting. The Gunger Games applies the same idea to a gameshow format, turning emotions like fear, disgust, humiliation and envy into structured challenges with clearly agreed limits, so they remain fun rather than overwhelming.

We are unapologetically kink-friendly, and much of our content is made with a fetish audience in mind. At the same time, the format is designed to be dramatic and entertaining enough to work for anyone who enjoys classic gameshow-style challenges - including those who are simply curious about the kink, or sploshers looking to share something with a partner who's new to it.

How episodes are assembled

The emotion trials are split into three groups so episodes stay balanced while still leaving room for specials.

Standard Games

Envy, Anger, Joy

These games give a basic structure to the emotional rollercoaster that forms our episodes.

Premium Games

Fear, Disgust, Humiliation

These games push players to their limits and therefore award higher prize money.

Special Games

Special occasions

Reserved for exceptional formats, themed episodes, or games with extra conditions and restrictions.

Typical episode formats

  • Standard build: Typically choose 3 Standard games and 3 Premium games.
  • Special build: Typically choose 2 Standard games + The Gunge Vote, 2 Premium games, and 1 Special game.

Special games come with special conditions, and may not be available at some times of the year.

Some formats are mutually exclusive because of structure, hygenie, safety, logistics, timing, escalation, or the way their mechanics overlap. That means not every game can be combined with every other game in a single build, even if they belong to the same broader trial system.

Why aren't the gungings in the free video clips?

Episodes cost around £3k to produce, so full gungings appear in the paid releases that make future episodes possible. Furthermore if you see someone has uploaded a full video of one of our games for public viewing please report it to us so we can get it taken down. Protecting contestant confidence and privacy is extremely important to us, and piracy makes it harder to keep producing new episodes safely.

AI policy

Human performances first. Production shortcuts only where they do not replace the core experience.

We put our budget into real performers, real reactions, and prize structures that reward people fairly for taking part. To help keep production lean, some website assets and logo graphics have been created with AI assistance. The shows themselves, however, are built around real games, real mess, and real performer reactions.
